However big your fears are in front of you, you have to choose one of four ways to go:

You can go over it, under it, or around it.
But if you are ever to put fear behind you, you must walk straight through it. I am sure you have heard this before, but this time, I never want you to forget it.
Once you put fear behind you, you must leave it there and remember:

Fear is an illusion we have all felt.

Faith is what keeps us moving forward.

Defeat is a state of mind we have all gone through.

Victory is the vision that lifts us back up.

Pain is a feeling we have all had to bear.
Strength is the gift that we receive when it’s over.

So shatter your doubts, break through your fears, and keep moving forward.
