HRT UPDATE 😬

It’s here!! the speed with which bioidhealth have got this to me is incredible.

We could be days or weeks from emotional and mental stability 
Oh my god it’s so exciting!!!!!

I found out about this company on here, and I’m so excited to try natural bioidentical hormones, as opposed to the synthetic ones I have been sticking in my body since I was 13. Obviously, there’s always a chance of side-effects with everything, but I know how bad my body is with hormones.

Literally the whole process so far has been absolutely amazing, and it’s been the first time a medical professional has made me feel heard and understood. I’ve had nothing but understanding and empathy from them, as well as the most insightful blood test results, that they broke down and went through with me.

At no stage, have they made me feel unhinged or wrong or fobbed me off.  I literally cried through two of the consultations, maybe even 3, because I have felt so low and rundown and nothing like myself.  Sitting and listing of my symptoms was so sad for me, but they just understood.

It’s funny how women many women I’ve spoken to since this has been an issue and how many other women are struggling with the exact same thing and feeling like their GPs aren’t listening to them.

I’m just so looking forward to the opportunity to feel like myself again and not like I want to cry then punch a stranger 😂😂
