Just tested Google's new Firebase Studio against Lovable by building the same credit card recommendation tool on both platforms.

The results? 

Not even close.

Firebase Studio left me with nothing but frustration - a clunky interface, cryptic error messages, and a non-functional prototype.

Meanwhile, Lovable helped me create a beautiful, working app with Supabase authentication in a fraction of the time. 

The user profiles stored automatically, and the multi-step form worked from the start. 

Firebase Studio might improve as it matures, but for now, Lovable is clearly the better choice for non-technical creators. 

The difference in experience was night and day!
