Freedom.
Living full. Dying empty.
Self-actualization.
Impact.
Legacy.

Those words represent ideals that heavily influenced my decision to leave corporate and pursue entrepreneurship 11 years ago.

It’s crazy because I’m known as the woman who helps experts land 5 and 6-figure corporate contracts…

I’m known for phrases like #bigmoney…

But 11 years ago, I was praying to God because I was burned out and miserable…

And I was willing to make way LESS money-

If I could just have some peace…
If I could live a life in alignment with my values…
If I could have the chance for fulfillment and self-actualization.

I was tired of code-switching, of down-playing, of micro-aggressions, of assimilation…

I was tired of feeling like there was so much potential inside of me, rotting…

I was tired of being told what to do with my time…

Of someone telling me what days were approved for me to be with those I loved and cared for most…

And if I could experience freedom in my life … 
I knew the value of that freedom would far exceed the bi-weekly paycheck I was clinging to.

This is why moments like being on my mastermind cruise with clients and seeing them play HARD, live out loud, dance until their feet heart, laugh until their bellies ache, jump into pools fully clothed….
these moments MATTER.

Moments where they stop worrying about appearances, what others are doing, who is watching…. And they experience freedom & abundance.

I know for a fact that all these things are connected.

They disconnect from previous patterns and programming…
And they step into the leadership required to step into their next level.

The beautiful truth I know now after leading a business for 11 years that does 7 figures annually…
