✨ Sometimes leadership begins with stillness — in the space between breath, presence, and connection.

At the YPO Health & Wellness Summit in Dubai, I had the joy — and the challenge — of wearing many hats: as a partner representing thermegroup , speaker, co-organising committee and participant. It was both humbling and deeply rewarding, a reminder that growth often happens when we step into the unknown and offer what we can to others. 💫

Moderating a panel with drclintgrogers, Qigong master leeholdenofficial and Mr. Abdul Hai (whose Who Am I course truly transformer me) reminded me that true leadership begins not with performance, but with presence. 🌙

Earlier that morning, the Flow Forward Leadership Breakfast hosted by detdubai offered a beautiful start to the day. I had the privilege of speaking with Matthew Walker about sleep — something I thought I knew well, but still have so much to learn about. 💤

As thermeartprogram , we were proud to commission and bring to Dubai Design Week 2025 INTERLUDE: In Between Is Now by Annabelle Schneider annabellesbubble , presented with jodabstyle artkorero — an immersive installation where art, architecture, and the science of wellbeing converge.

Before its official debut at Dubai Design Week, we shared a private preview of the work with the YPO community — a quiet moment of reflection amid the summit’s energy.
