🌍✨ Last week in Dubai, I had the chance to speak at the Futurists X Summit — diving into AI in Healthcare and Longevity & Health Infrastructure.
For me, it’s never just about lifespan or even healthspan. It’s about what I call #JoySpan — the years filled with meaning, vitality, and connection. 💫
Grateful for the vision of Brett King and Tariq Qureishy, and for inspiring voices like my friend Pablos Holman (thank you for your new book 📖✨), Prof. Brian Cox, Peter Middlebrook, Dr. Richard Petty, and Henrik von Scheel. Each offered perspectives that remind me the future is not only about technology — it’s about keeping our humanity at the center.
As I continue my journey with thermegroup and my work in longevity, I carry this belief forward: the future must be not only smarter, but also kinder. 💛
