One of the personal highlights this year for me was deepening my meditation journey and completing mediation teacher course at go_eclipse with Swami VishWeshwaranand. For me meditation is one of the most powerful tools for self discovery and growth. 

Daily practice become part of my life. Even a few minutes of conscious breathing a day can be transformative.
