My 4 step process that works every time ….

1. You have to drive the car first 🚗 

- Starting a business or buying a business the process is the same. You have to build every piece of that car with your own hands. You can’t see what’s wrong unless your in it and you can’t come up with ideas unless your surrounded by it so get your hands dirty and focus on the details. 

- BIGGEST mistake. Everyone wants work on their business instead of in it. But if you skip the working in it part,  it will always need more of your attention down the road. 

2. Brand the driver ⭐️ 

- Once you’re able to remove yourself as operator to owner it’s time to brand the business and that means you the driver. 

-The best part about branding is by personally branding you the owner that lasts forever and can be used in every business forever. It’s the jet fuel in your race car that your competitor most likely isn’t even thinking about. 

3. Plan to Sell, Before you Buy 🛑 

- No matter the business you start or buy this is the second most important step of the process. You HAVE to create your target buyer list before you get into business. It doesn’t matter if you plan to sell in 5 years or 50 if someone can’t buy your business all you did was create a cash flowing job for yourself. 

- Many struggle with this part and that’s where coaching comes in hire a coach that has actually done it to walk you through the process. DM me if you need help with this. 

4. How to maximize your pay day 💰 

- Lastly, this is the most important part of the entire process if you don’t figure out your financial plan prior to the wire hitting your account all your hard work can dissapear fast. You have to have a 12 month plan in motion prior to that pay day. DM if you need help with this.
