✨✨🙏🏼🙏🏼 Cuando aquel a quien llamas “Yo”, en un principio limitado, se vuelve uno con la creación; cuando ese “Yo” integra al “Todo”; cuando tu cuerpo finito se alinea con el cosmos infinito, entonces estás en la esencia del Yoga.
Existe un regalo, escondido dentro de las posturas que tu cuerpo puede hacer con tanta elocuencia de movimiento; ese regalo es el descubrimiento de las energías sutiles que fluyen en el corazón de la vida y rigen la existencia.
Yoga, no transforma lo que observamos, sino que transforma al observador. Abre el corazón, enfoca nuestra atención para revelar lo que ya sabemos y Ser quienes ya somos.
