La montaña, en su sabiduría sabe que no importa si hay una tormenta afuera; dentro sigue habitando en su poderosa quietud. Dentro, nada se mueve; dentro de la montaña haya calma.

El Agua, para poder ver su claridad, debe estar tranquila. Con simples movimientos sutiles, es el fluir tranquilamente lo que le da vida. El Agua puede tomar cualquier forma, adaptarse y sin tener forma propia, fluye con la menor resistencia. Una roca por su dureza no llega lejos; el agua, por su suavidad, llega hasta el mar.

Así tú, como la montaña, tu calma siempre será en tu interior. Cómo el Agua, la tranquilidad te dará claridad y la suavidad te hará llegar lejos.
