The Winter Solstice came to pass at 3.28am this morning. A time when Earth's poles reach their maximum tilt away from the Sun.

In spiritual terms it symbolises letting go of past beliefs, rebirth, renewal and a return of the light.

As "silly season" (or suppression season) gets left behind, a break from work starts and some quality family time begins, this is an opportune time to leave your phone behind and take a walk into nature to:

👉 Listen to nature.

👉 Ground into nature.

👉 Close your eyes, breath and consciously listen to your inner wisdom.

👉 Trust that voice, hear it's needs and act upon them.
