I was 33 years old when I really owned the fact that I was responsible for my thoughts and therefore the messy REAL-ity I was creating.

It's fair to say I got pretty obsessed and that every moment of every day I was hyper aware of what I was thinking - it was exhausting.

However it wasn't until I started to really feel my body, that I began to really feel my nervous system relax and thats when the healing started and the effortless positive thoughts started to flow back into my life. 

It's then, i found my purpose. 

Get into your body, get talking, reignite that spirit bursting to see life again. 

Mind-Body-Spirit.
