Samay Raina’s Transformation with OMFIT

In transformations, we only look at the ‘before / after’ picture. This transformation is much more than a picture. 

1. Consistency
Samay completed 10 weeks of exercise (either strength training, playing a sport or walking 10k steps) without a single day off. 

2. Mindful choices 
He ate food mindfully - knowing the impact of certain foods in his body & by gaining knowledge about nutrition 

3. Progressive Overload
In his exercise journey, he gradually increased his training intensity (range, poundage, speed, time, etc) & cultivated fitness rather than forcing it upon himself 

4. Getting his parents onboard
After understanding how scientifically sound the training is, he also got his parents on OLP (Omfit Lifestyle Program). Glad to share that they are one of our most consistent members & never miss a class. 

This is true lifestyle transformation. Not some crash plan.
