This Sunday, something special happened.

We wanted to do something that has never been done before.

We wanted people to experience Five elements of Lifestyle:
• Movement 
• Nutrient Rich Food
• Fresh Air 
• Sunlight 
• Positive thoughts 

And this is why we collaborated with team Alive to host the Lifestyle Meet to celebrate 4 years of Omfit. 

The sun was radiating warmth, the breeze was cool and positivity was beyond imagination.
What a Vibe! 

We had arranged a bar in the activity area (our kind of bar, obviously!)

Disconnecting from stress in life people reconnected with their own self while performing Squats, Deadlifts, Suryanamaskar & a soothing meditation. 

Transforming lifestyles is what we believe in, and seeing people make healthier choices, exercising, eating healthy amidst nature brought a smile to my face.

The journey of these past 4 years has been challenging and rewarding, but one thing is for sure, I am immensely grateful to this team standing strong besides me and our members who have been so inspiring and supportive.

The vision ahead is surely mighty, but excitement supersedes the fear because of the companionship and your amazing support.
