Warm, smiling faces on a cool Sunday morning embarked the OMFIT Lifestyle Meet 2022

100+ members from Omfit family collaboratively performed exercises & meditation followed by a healthy breakfast to celebrate the 4 years that OMFIT completed this January.

The guest, Ms. Lorraine More, a 66 years old grandmother, who has won 8 gold medals internationally for India in powerlifting, was quoted saying: "My relationship with lifting weights began with OMFIT, when I was 64 years old. I used to think that I was pretty fit before because I was an outdoorsy person - climbing mountains and training horses was already physically demanding. But when I was introduced to weight training, it changed my perspective. I am feeling more younger than when I was 30 years old, I feel a lot more stronger and physically fit than when I was in my prime." 

Team OMFIT aims to impact a billion lifestyles and in-order to do so, their mission is to build a community of like minded people who will drive each other to improve themselves.

The mountain ahead is not a small one, but a huge task which will be challenging. But the way things are unfolding for OMFIT, we're sure that this vision will soon turn into a reality.
