Weight Loss Hack? 🤔

Let me tell you a story..

A relative of mine got hospitalised for 20 days. When he came out of the hospital, he had lost 8 kilos in just 20 days!😱

Now tell me - is it good? 

Answer : absolutely not! 

If you want to lose a few kilograms of your bodyweight, the easiest way to achieve that would be by following a crash diet or crazy and drastic calorie restriction! 

But what you really need to focus on is to lose the excess body fat that you might have and to retain your muscle mass. 
 
what truly matters is how confident you feel with your body. 
Are you strong? Can you endure a long run? Are you flexible? 

These are the questions one must focus on rather than how many kilos I will lose. 

 
Losing weight will be a byproduct in the process of losing fat & getting fit, so focus your attention on eating clean and getting regular exercise and having a good sleeping routine - which in the end will help you get lean and lose fat.
