Most women don't know whether they have PCOS or not.
For many people in Society, this is Taboo. 
Hence it becomes arduous for a woman to discuss this openly.

As a lifestyle coach, I want to break the stigma & spread awareness around this topic so women feel comfortable talking about this.

In this video, I have shared the 'Rotterdam Criteria' to Diagnose PCOS.
