Hi everyone! I’m starting something fun and refreshing next week, and I’d love to open it up to anyone who wants to join me!

Before starting, please make sure you feel healthy and able to do a cleanse. If you have any medical concerns, it’s always a good idea to check with your doctor first. This is purely optional—only join if it feels right for you.

How the cleanse works:
Days 1–3 (Mon–Wed): Juice only. You can drink as much juice as you want throughout the day.
Days 4–6 (Thu–Sat): You can eat, but keep it simple: choose one protein of your choice and stick to that for the three days.
Day 7 (Sun): Begin reintroducing other proteins and vegetables.
