Feeling tense and stressed? It’s time to try some Yinbility!

This gentle and calming style of mobility training is perfect for releasing tension from both your body and mind.
Here are a few tips to get started:

1. Find a quiet and comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed. Put on some relaxing music if you like.

2. Choose a few mobility poses that feel good for your body. Some great options for tension relief include Child’s Pose, Butterfly Pose, and Legs-Up-The-Wall Pose.

3. Hold each pose for several minutes, (3-5) focusing on your breath and allowing your body to release tension with each exhale. After each pose take time to feel the rebound of the stretch (30-45 sec)

4. If your mind starts to wander or you feel restless, simply notice those thoughts and gently bring your attention back to your breath and the sensations in your body.

5. When you’re finished with your practice, take a few moments to rest on your back and savor the feeling of relaxation and release

Remember, Yinbility is all about patience, stillness, and surrender.

Don’t force your body into any uncomfortable positions, and be kind and gentle with yourself throughout your practice.

With regular practice, you’ll start to feel more calm, centered, and relaxed both on and off the mat.
