I have been accepted onto the next firearms course in my force. I have 6 years experience on response and am quietly confident about the course.

I am keen to quickly push on past ARV and highlight myself for SFO/CTSFO.
⠀
Is there a big difference between fitness, skills and training between SFO and CTSFO? Will it be a big difference to being on ARV and can I work as a CTSFO in force even if we are not a CT Hub?
