Our bodies are brilliant—but modern life? Not so much. Pollution, stress, late nights, ultra-processed food… it all puts pressure on our natural systems.

Today I went to bodybrilliant in High Street Kensington for an IV detox to support my body from the inside out. I had high-dose vitamin C, B complex vitamins, glutathione, and NAD+.
