A cozy, intimate night with friends at Sushi Yūgen during the soft opening, where Chef Kyohei Igarashi, formerly of a Michelin-starred restaurant overseas, showcases his talents and flavors in the heart of Toronto. The food is excellent, combining kaiseki and omakase for a diverse culinary experience. One of my favorite dishes is the fresh abalone with a delightful accompanying sauce that enhances its freshness. The Toro Melt Lychee is also incredibly delicious. Thank you Jay jchtam and the other server for the exceptional service. And it was very nice meeting you Kamen kamen_s2022 and congratulations on opening your new restaurant.
