🍉 Day 14: Watermelon + Willpower = A Whole Journey 🍉

14 days. Just us, jars of watermelon juice, eating watermelon and a whole lotta self-reflection.

By Day 7 this fast wasn’t just about food anymore—this thing was kicking our butts.
Emotions came to the surface we didn’t even know we buried. We faced truths about ourselves that no plate of comfort food could hide. We learned that food isn’t just “food.” It’s an addiction. It’s a coping mechanism society feeds us every single day.

When you strip that away, and you’re not focused on what you’re going to eat next, you start to realize…
👉🏽 Healing is way deeper than physical.
👉🏽 It’s energetic.
👉🏽 It’s emotional.
👉🏽 It’s spiritual.

Now? We’re clearer. Grounded. Inflammation—gone. Dreams? Vivid as hell. Our bodies feel light, our minds are at peace.

But let us keep it ALL THE WAY real:
✅ We’ve had MANY thoughts about seafood nachos, brownies, steak—you name it.
✅ One day we literally sat and watched 100 YouTube recipe reels like two kids planning their last meal. 😂
✅ We celebrate the moments we almost broke it completely but didn’t.

This isn’t for the weak. It takes real commitment to yourself.
And honestly? That’s the hardest act of self-love there is: Loving yourself enough to heal.

So yeah, 14 days in… and it’s not just a fast anymore.
It’s a rebirth.
