today is february 1st. the first day of black history month—but let’s be real… black history is every day. black love is every day. black power is every day.

yet here we are, in a time of uncertainty. a country that disrespects, disregards, and tries to break us—mind, body, and spirit. but what they fail to understand is: we are unbreakable. 💪🏾✨

through every storm, every law meant to oppress, every system designed to divide—we rise. because we are built from the souls of warriors. we carry the prayers of our ancestors in our blood. we were never meant to just survive—we were meant to thrive. 🌱

but where do we begin? how do we celebrate black history in a country that tries to erase us? we celebrate it by loving each other fiercely. we go within, we strengthen our communities, and we choose love—radical, unapologetic, healing love.

💔 no more competing.
💔 no more tearing each other down.
💔 no more internalizing the hate they place on us.

instead:

❤️ we uplift.
🖤 we build.
💚 we heal.
💛 we protect.
