## Caption

I impulse signed up to do my first half marathon 2 weeks ago. I  haven’t done any outdoor runs in years so this one is going to be a fun experiment. Today was the longest run I have ever done in my life - 15km.  Two weeks ago I was struggling to manage by heart rate, breathing and wondering if I even can do this. Today feels good. 1 week to go. #wipromarathon
