SOLSTICE: Welcome to our 8th annual epic Solstice ceremony where we celebrate the darkest night of the year and the EMERGENCE of the light. 

I’m excited to welcome my friends and guests, _skybray  and sound_quest for this event as we are co-creating something truly MAGICAL for you 💫

This is a fully IMMERSIVE sacred synthesis and I think the highlight for me is our 3-part guided journey with Grandmother Owl as we traverse the darkness and reclaim the seeds of LIGHT that we will plant for the year ahead. 

The first part of the journey includes Forest-Cacao medicine and activation Breathwork. ☕️🍄

Then I’ll guide you into the winter WILD places with _skybray who is genius at creating a potent ambient soundscape as we go. 

The second part of our journey is ecstatic DANCE to meet and expand our INNER LIGHT and receive guidance on where to shine. 

And the third part of the journey is a deeply integrative SOUND BATH with sound_quest 

There will be Rapéh (sacred Tobacco snuff) to support third eye opening should you choose.
