## Caption

I carry an ancient current of intelligence within me… and there were years when I felt disconnected from it.

That current lives in my body as sexual energy.
It moves through my breath… my skin… my senses.
When I allow it to meet life, everything becomes amplified.
Touch feels richer.
Presence deepens.
Even silence becomes intimate.

This energy doesn’t stay contained inside me.
It meets the world.
It meets trees… water… air… sound… the eyes of another human being.
It’s a quiet kind of lovemaking that happens everywhere… within me and all around me.

There was a time when I tried to manage this energy instead of letting it move.
Listening changed everything.
I began to feel life responding to me… as if the world itself was in conversation with my body.

Safety stopped being something I searched for.
It became something I lived inside.

From that place, intimacy softened.
My body remembered how to open without disappearing.
How to feel without bracing.
How to stay present while letting myself be touched by life.

This way of living has been remembered slowly… honestly… through sensation and breath.
Through moments that cracked my heart open.
Through letting myself feel how deeply alive I am.

So I’ll leave you with a reflection that continues to echo in me…

Do I trust myself to let life touch me this deeply?
