🔥Exciting news! New group is starting the beginning of January. 

📌A lot of people make resolutions and end up giving up a week into it because they don’t have support, guidance, or like-minded people to encourage them on their journey. 

📌This group will be 4 weeks - we’ll cover 🍌🍑nutrition, 🏋️‍♀️🚴🏼🤸🏽‍♀️workouts, and reinforcing new 🧘🏽‍♂️healthy habits.
