## Caption

At the beginning of the summer I badly tore my adductor performing a clean and jerk. Slipped on some sand on the platform 🙄 totally my fault 🤦‍♂️. Feeling really frustrated the last few months not being able to do what I could, so I put my head down and went to work. With the help of a good training partner who keeps me in check and doesn’t put up with my complaining, combined with great programming I feel like I’m going from strength to strength. It’s been a long road back but I’m getting there.  We all suffer setbacks and frustrations, it’s how we deal with them that counts.  Please excuse the push out at the top 🙄.
