## Caption

109 days… that’s how long it’s been since I’ve slept in a bed I’ve called ‘home’ - house, condo, apartment or otherwise.

Yet the feeling of home has never been about a place, external or internal.

A connection to the external, for me, is an attraction.
A connection to the internal, for me, is peace.

… and a connection to home, for me, are the people who fill the spaces within the two.

This trip I have been blessed with so many experiences…
… happy, sad, timely, consequential, abundant and everything in between.

But when I felt most at home was when I found alignment within my own values and those who share the same - spoke or unspoken.

I’ve learned that in different environments and cultures, some won’t understand your words (whether a language barrier exists or not)… but if you remain in alignment with yourself, those whom won’t need words to understand you will appear.

… and that is now my definition of what home means to me.
