1. DURABILITY- Check the number of  rubs of fabric also known as Martindale. It is mentioned at back of fabric and should be as high as possible, atleast greater than 15000.
2. COLOUR AND TEXTURE- Most tricky part?. Go for Neutral colours for base fabric for your furniture and top it up with trending cushion fabrics. Highlight your statement chairs with different colour and texture of fabric.
