## Caption

Same protocols, different patients. I always start by designing a wax-up, whether the patient is going to require immediate loading or not. For me, the correct emergence of my implants is a must.

After analyzing all the aesthetic and functional parameters, I designed the wax-up using 3shape software. We imported the design in CoDiagnostiX straumannes and started planning the position of the implants, selecting the multi-units and designing the 2 surgical guides (for positioning and placement).

The use of magnets gives us greater stability and precision during drilling, in addition to at least 3 bone anchor pins.

For the guides we have used the resins from formlabs
