When I meditate, it’s like I’m somewhere completely different. I’m not aware of where I am, and I don’t feel anything—no happiness, no sadness, nothing at all. It’s like being in a space that’s similar to sleep, but I’m still awake. My body is here, but it’s like my mind is in a totally different place, a kind of peaceful emptiness. 🧘‍♂️
