Thai cuisine is my all-time favourite, and I'm always looking out for authentic Thai places around Dubai. khaosiam45 in Barsha, Dubai is as authentic as it gets with an entire team from Bangkok, and pure Thai ingredients being flown in weekly for that unmistakable aura of Thai herbs and spices.

My favourites here were the Shrimp Cakes, generously made with ground shrimp, no fillers and a crunchy exterior, and the Seafood Pad Kee Mao featuring freshly made rice noodles oozing with Thai goodness #omnomnom
