🧊 Ice Baths are a shock to the system but help increase circulation, reduce muscle soreness and release #endorphins that help relieve pain, reduce stress and improve your overall sense of well-being.

🧊 My experience: after the #breathwork session with #coachnana and managing my first plunge, it felt like I could accomplish anything with #breathcontrol Pun intended, the rest of my day was totally #chill and I even hit a manic work week feeling invincible and reset both physically and mentally.
