Finally met my online coach in person! I signed up with clayton_onlinecoach in Feb this year at my chubbiest right after a very extended festive holiday of comfort eating. I was skeptical at best; I’ve never been successful at sticking to a workout plan, and this one was ONLINE!

I’m still far from my ideal weight, but boy have I come a long way! I think I’ve managed to keep at it this long because #CoachClayton gets it that life happens. That food is to be enjoyed. And he’s shown me how to enjoy it all while striking a balance between pleasure and growing stronger and confident.

His app gives me the flexibility to work out when I want to, and motivates me to compete against myself. It calculates my macros and helps me calorie-bank to enjoy my favorite treats. And above all, Clayton is just so sweet that you feel obligated to do him proud!
