And our nervous systems? They weren’t built for this much change happening simultaneously.

What I hear behind the chair is that it feels like turbulence.

Like losing control.

Like something’s wrong.

But here’s what I’ve started to believe:

It’s not reinvention. It’s recalibration.

You’re not becoming someone new.
You’re coming back to who you always were — before you started playing all the roles.

When I was in my 30s, no one talked about this.
Now it’s everywhere. And that visibility is both a relief and overwhelming.

Empowerment doesn’t always feel calm.
Sometimes it feels chaotic. Uncertain. Like the ground is shifting.

But that’s the work.
