It's time to stretch that body baby! We are cultivating healthy spines over here. 🧘🏽‍♀️ 

Our physical bodies are so easily forgotten as salon owners and stylists -- we are standing on our feet all day, moving around, likely not eating enough nourishing food or drinking enough water. 

Our spine is one of the most important bones in our body and we need to take care of it! 

Doing this exercise to elongate your body will help you to cultivate a healthy spine

Which will help you to hold yourself strongly, have incredible posture and be able to handle the physical demands of being  a stylist

A couple of times a week, do this sequence to help bring strength, flexibility, and length to your spine & body
