Be present with the little things in life. 

Make them count.

Do them often.

It is easy to get caught up in constantly wanting more, doing more, being more, having more.

And I lived this for over a decade. And let me tell you, it didn’t end pretty.

I lost touch with what brings me joy.

I always felt like I need to be doing something to be productive to produce more. 

I never stopped to just be present with what I actually do have and to appreciate the little elements that make life so graciously beautiful.💕

One of my favourite things to do is dance, and let my body move.

This brings me into my body and connects me to the present moment.

Currently I’m in Costa Rica but I do this in so many places.

It really reminds me of the joy that I need to balance all the tough moments I experience through the week.

So if you’re an over achiever like me and feel that you always need to be producing and doing and being their for everyone and everything. I invite you to stop yourself in your tracks and ask what can I bring into my life thats joyful and can help create balance. 🌞
