I heard  this quote once upon a time and it just stuck with me.

We rush through so much —
Tidy this. Move that. Get to the next thing.

But how we show up in the little things matters.

Rearranging plants in the salon might seem like nothing. But I caught myself — going through the motions, brushing past it like it didn’t matter. And I had to stop.

Because the energy I bring to those small tasks is the same energy that carries into how I work, how I create, how I care for others — and for myself.

It’s all connected. How we move through the mundane reflects how we move through the meaningful.
