[read caption] How many cups are you filling with your own cup? 

Have you ever thought about that? Recently I have been very obsessed with the diving into energy & time. There are only so many hours in a day and yes time is an illusion, but its also a measurement; although linear it does serve a purpose in this 3D world.

Now Energy is something that exists beyond this 3D world in different forms in different dimensions. Now some energies are infinite and some are limited. 

Now if you look at the energy you put into the things you do and the people around you, its clear that energy isn’t unlimited and infinite, because you experience a depletion of energy. But what you can look at is the distribution of energy. 

Where you put your focus, who you give your time to, what are you saying yes to and what you are doing with your linear time. 

I used to be a pleaser and a YES woman, but I have a new perspective on time and energy especially as a salon owner and stylist behind my chair.

🧿Time is precious!
🧿I cannot buy it!
🧿Its not waiting for me!
🧿Energy is not unlimited!
🧿I only have so much energy and time available to me so I have to decide what  is going o bring me the most value for my time and energy.

And I believe the hair industry has developed some bad habits when it comes to Time and energy.

Because our time and energy has a dollar💲 sign on it. So you have a choice now, today! When will you value your time and energy for what its worth and start distributing it in places that continue to renew it?
