Recently Jody and I glossy_hues retreated into the woods a space where you can unwind, recharge and rest your mind, body and soul. 

Now we all do this in the form of vacations. But do you ever actually take time to yourself or with a close friend to disconnect from the pace of modern life. Where you can come back to yourself? Where you can give yourself the space.

This time away we had filled me up so much. I want to share with you what I gained from this , because I believe we are all moving at an unsustainable pace.

Just to name a few…

🦋I gained a renewed sense of inspiration and opened up the floodgates for new ideas.( about life and business)
🦋 I tapped into unconditional pure joy
🦋My body felt rested
🦋My nervous system had a chance to calm down
🦋 I gained clarity and took time to heal
🦋 My inner child got ignited
🦋 I slept like a baby
🦋 I nourished my gut ( where 90% of the serotonin is produced )
🦋 I learned more about myself and my emotions 

And thats just scratching the surface. This then led to so much more abundant days and even weeks after.

Doing this very thing is what inspired me to shift my focus and mission to bringing you more wellness into your life. Because you spend all day taking care if others. The least you can do is show yourself the same love.
