Just over here feeling myself in my parents mirror like it’s 1997’. I’m not a gym girl. I’m not a set time and schedule girl either. I want embodied workouts that make me feel grounded and sexy and feminine and also get some stagnation out. I know I’m late to the party on this, but I have been absolutely LOVING theclass!
