## Caption

A tranquil place to unwind: we created a sunken bath in the principal bedroom suite of one of our Chelsea mews houses.

Behind the finished images was a complex process to get the details right. We first modelled it in 3D CAD then coordinated with the structural engineer to resolve the details, then had the builders make a full-scale timber mock-up. This allowed the clients to experience the proportions and agree every detail before the metal rebar was created finally the concrete formwork was cast.
