We’ve taken a sensitive and measured approach to adding space in this beautiful Victorian terraced house in Chelsea, we’re working on with our clients, a young, busy family. Located in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, we are adding a new fifth storey with a mansard roof extension. The additional space will include a home office, guest bedroom, and a bathroom, offering more flexibility for family living.

To the rear, we have achieved planning permission for extensions across two floors with internal reconfigurations as well as a newly designed rear garden space. 

The design has been carefully developed to align with RBKC’s strict conservation policies, featuring traditional details such as bottle balustrades and a slate-tiled roof. At the rear, discreet solar panels will improve energy efficiency, ensuring this historic home is both practical and future-ready.
