I just had the call from my doctor… and ALL my blood levels are now back in the normal range 🥹💛

Ferritin, folate, sodium — everything that was flagged only a few weeks ago has improved.

I truly believe the changes I made over the last three weeks have had a huge impact… and I’m honestly over the moon.

This is exactly why I’m so glad I did the private blood test in the first place — I wouldn’t have known anything was off, and I wouldn’t have known what to fix. Knowledge really is power when it comes to your health.
