Just a little update on my sober journey 🤍
Last week was hard emotionally… PNDD week.
But something really surprised me — alcohol didn’t even cross my mind. Not once.

I’m technically on week 5, but I’m not counting days or chasing numbers.
This isn’t about streaks for me.
It’s about how I feel.

Clearer head. Better sleep. More energy.
More present. More me.

I’m sharing this just to be open and honest — and maybe remind someone else that even when weeks feel tough, you don’t have to numb your way through them.

One day at a time. No pressure. No labels.
