Today we officially launch our Mummy & Little Ones 8-Week Programme — a safe, supportive space where mums can move, rebuild confidence, and do something for themselves while their little ones are right there with them 💕

And that’s not all…

On Thursday we launch our Ladies-Only Fighting Fit Boxercise Class 🥊🔥
Strong women. Zero judgement. All abilities welcome.

Seeing these programmes come to life means EVERYTHING to me. They’ve been created to remove barriers — no pressure, no intimidation, just support, confidence and community 💛

Both programmes are FREE thanks to Cash 4 Clubs funding, which means more local women can access fitness and support without worrying about cost 💜
