In January she walked in lacking confidence, struggling with her mental health, and unsure of what she was capable of 💔

Fast forward to February… and she’s a different woman 💜

✨ Happier
✨ More confident
✨ Showing up for herself every single week
✨ Trusting the process
✨ Building habits that actually fit HER life

We’ve tweaked her nutrition along the way so it’s sustainable — not restrictive, not extreme, just realistic and personal to her 👌

She hasn’t missed a single session. Not one.
And now she’s even found the confidence to go to the gym on her own AND started spinning classes alongside our PT sessions 🚴‍♀️🔥

THIS is what happens when women stop trying to be perfect and just stay consistent 💯

I am beyond proud of her… and this is only the beginning.
