If you’ve followed my journey, you’ll know I’ve had ongoing hormone issues over the years and a few little concerns that I just haven’t been able to get answers for 😮‍💨

Getting help through the doctors lately has felt almost impossible… so I decided to take matters into my own hands and go private for a full blood test.

I had mine done at home with rrc_health — honestly such a relief.
I’m terrified of needles 🫣 but Rob made me feel so calm and comfortable the whole time.

I’ll show you everything I’ve had tested at the end of this video, and the best part?
